Delivery and Returns
Free standard delivery is included on all orders.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail second class post and take an average of 3-5 working days. Proof of postage is obtained on dispatch of your parcel. All orders placed before noon will usually be dispatched the same day, except for hand made items. Please see the individual item product description for a delivery timescale.
Items ordered after 4pm on a Thursday are not guaranteed to be delivered before Monday. There are rare occasions where external factors beyond our control can delay a parcel.
Please Note: At present we only ship to UK Mainland.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, we offer a full refund for any item purchased via our website.
Before returning anything to us, please email email@example.com advising us of the issue. Please include your name, date of order, order number and reason for the return.
All goods must be intact and in a resaleable condition in their original packing. Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your order. The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. We recommend registered post, as we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged goods. A full refund including initial delivery charges will be refunded when the request to return is made within 14days of receiving the order. The refund will be made via the original method of payment in GBP(£) within 14 days. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Made to Order
The above returns and refunds does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products which will only be refunded if faulty, or otherwise agreed. If you wish to return an item because it is faulty, please contact us first.
