Workshop Terms and Conditions

 

Booking onto a workshop:

Look through the listings on the website and decide which class suits you, selecting a convenient date and time from the drop down list.  The individual class description tells you how much each class costs.  You can then book via our website, paying with PayPal (please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your workshop).  

Cancelling a workshop booking:

When you book a class and pay in full, then find you can no longer attend the workshop please give at least 14 days notice, so we can give you a refund in full and offer the date to someone else.  However, if you notify us less than 14 days before the workshop start date, we cannot offer a refund.  Alternatively, you can ask to transfer your booking onto a future date, for the same class, and with spaces permitting we can change the date for you.  However there is no guarantee we can offer the same course.  Please contact us by email: craftersmakery@hotmail.co.uk should you need to cancel.
